Place-Based, Place-Making Environmental Education in the Quinnipiac Bioregion

The New Haven Bioregional Group was founded in 2005 with the mission of connecting people to each other by connecting them to the place they live in the Quinnipiac Bioregion of south-central Connecticut. We sponsor walks, hikes, bike rides, canoe trips, potlucks, film screenings and other place-based, place-making environmental education programs that build community resilience and sense of place.
